This is a good app it provides information on bus routes without having to look through lots of papers however I noticed you have not updated your app in two years it keeps crashing I suggest a firmware update.
It won't show realtime routes, no use only reason i use this app. I just looked under what's new and it says fixed so buses display on realtime routes on July 15th and that's when mine stopped working so what ever y'all did you messed it up cause it was working fine.
helpful sometimes, and I am elated that it is because 𝕘𝕠𝔻 𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕓𝕚𝔻 you call them with a issue. Whoever answers the phone is RUDE 4 NO reason. & WHERE R THE CANCELED ROUTES LISTED AT? I thought I missed the 3:00 bus to KC, I called KRT and meanl@dy interrupted me 2 say that route has been canceled 4 months! She said many routes were canceled but she CANT TELL ME WHICH ONES??!! WELL NEITHER CAN THE APP. & I GUESS THE APP DOESNT WORK ON SUNDAYS EITHER realtime routes is showing nada!
Drivers are rude to me i had cash in hand Dunbar bus leaving transit he waved and turned there was 2 other people there on outbound side across from charleston town center and its not the first time either I will start filing complaints
I haven't been able to track buses 4 2 months now.. literally the only reason I downloaded the app was so I could check on the buses in my area that run 20 minutes early and i cant even use it 4 that.. maybe it's because the app hasn't had a update in almost 2 years..
As bad as everything else is about the KRT. The dirty seats on the bus to always making route changes without informing us. To the trolley driver that raises his mask up constantly during a pandemic.
